I. PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

At HeliShare, we respect your privacy. This Policy explains how we process the personal data of our users www.helishare.pl and those using our flight brokerage services, business services, and sightseeing flights. We operate in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

3. What data do we collect and for what purpose?

We collect data necessary for the functioning of the ecosystem connecting aviation and business:

  • Pilots: Name, surname, license scans, flight history (TT), and medical reports. We process this data for safety verification and approval for flight operations.
  • Helicopter owners: Contact details, machine details (marks, CAMO/air raid status, ARC).
  • Business Partners: Contact details of decision-makers for the purpose of implementing B2B cooperation.
  • Individual clients: Data required for booking sightseeing flights (name, passenger weight – aviation safety requirement – ​​balance, contact details).
  • Technical data: IP address, system logs, website behavior data (for platform optimization).

4. Legal basis for processing

  1. Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (Agreement): Providing reservation, tour guide verification and brokerage services.
  2. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (Legal obligation): Storage of accounting and tax documentation.
  3. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest): Ensuring flight safety, direct marketing of own services, pursuing claims.
  4. Agreement: Used to send the Newsletter and marketing offers from partners.

5. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared:

  • To the parties to the transaction: Pilot details are shared with the machine owner for the purpose of accepting the reservation and vice versa.
  • To operational partners: Airline operators (AOC), check-ride instructors, hotels (in the case of pickup services).
  • Service providers: Payment systems (Stripe/Przelewy24), CRM (Bitrix24), reservation systems.
  • To state authorities: ULC (Poland), CAA (UK) in situations required by aviation law.

6. Data transfer (UK – EU)

The Controller's registered office is in the United Kingdom. EU user data is transferred to the UK based on the European Commission's Adequacy Decision, which ensures a standard of protection equivalent to the GDPR.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, transfer, and object to your data. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Poland) or the ICO (UK).

II. COOKIE POLICY

1. Application

  • Essential: For login and flight booking process.
  • Analytical: Google Analytics (research on the popularity of routes and machines).
  • Functional: Remembering your helicopter search filters.
  • Marketing: Instagram/TikTok remarketing for flight deals.

3. Management

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies completely may prevent you from booking a flight through the platform.
